Founded in Mercer, Wisconsin, Liberty Way Tap House opened its doors on June 28th, 2018, with a simple mission: create a space where community, curiosity, and quality come together. We began with 20 taps of the finest local and national beers, a few select wines, and high-end bourbons — all served with a side of small-town warmth and big-hearted hospitality.

As our brew pub grew, so did our vision.

Today, Liberty Way is more than a tap house. It’s also home to our blog, where we blend local flavor with universal insight. We explore:

Later this year, we’re opening our kitchen — one more step toward making Liberty Way the ultimate brew pub destination in northern Wisconsin.
